She told me to go to Zillow (a real estate site) and go to the state (senators) and congress members' specific district. From there you can find all sorts of addresses that you can use in case a staffer asks you for your address (they never do) and a phone number's area code can be from any state since people move and keep the same phone number.

My niece worked as a staffer for my congressman in DC and she said that they DO look at what their constituents are saying.

Works like a charm! Also, I always say that "all of my family, friends and co-workers (teachers...they seem to take teachers more seriously) are all upset and agree on this issue".

If you can't get a staffer then leave a message from your cell phone (once again the call could be from Anywhere USA).
