They couldn't get MANY of the diesel locomotives to stay functioning???

And the toilets don't work? How basic is that?

Even the electronic schedule signs don't work?

No wonder the staff is quitting! Who's running this show and why aren't they just using electric trains on an electrified track rather than trial-running new tech on a busy rail line???
