KC Wednesday -- 90 minutes or so of KC's day last Sunday. [View all]

He asked to go out in the afternoon. Grabbing camera, I found him on the porch. Just sitting.

Suddenly he jumped down and trotted to an old woodshed.

Looking high and low, sniffing, checking things out.

It was a good day for an extended roll.

Post-roll KC shook once and made his way to the flower garden beside the porch.

The grass is pretty nibble-able.

He stepped onto the paving stones, looking,

sniffing,

stretching,

until he came to the opening for the hatchway (which is waiting on new cellar doors).

He's explored the cellar before, so he wanted to see if he could get down there.

Alas the door was closed.

Undeterred KC walked over to and underneath the back porch.

The porch is his refuge from THE DOG. Safe and sound in times of Shadow chasing him.

He hung out.

I went inside — both batteries, mine and the camera's were running low.
Later on KC took a nap. A good Cat Nap. He earned it.
