4. {hug} to you. Glad he was someone you could miss.

I miss the best of my dad. Due to later 3 mid life depressions after the 2nd he got meaner, and meaner much of the time.

Then he had increasing serious memory issues from a bleeding stroke his mid late '80s. Then silver lining was eventually he forgot why he was so mad (we think unresolved issues from both his parents being heavy alchoholics); he became very sweet again.

Before all that he was fun-loving, smart, had a great sense of design, involved in the community, took care of my mom after she got bad asthma. When she was well, and at at least one or more vacations they were great ping pong players! The could stand away from the table and parry away!

If 34 yrs back did he die on the younger side?
