7. Funnily enough when I originally drafted it I wrote "I'd be surprised if any home there was less than a million"

But then I thought maybe, since much of it was originally built up quite awhile ago (30's and 40's IIRC), maybe there could possibly be some old/small/run down places still around. But yeah, 1M doesn't surprise me at all. I'm well aware of those two factors you mentioned. I'd say I've been there at least 15 times over the course of my life, one time was for my uncle's funeral when I was a wee lad.
