(32,197 posts)17. I make a twice baked potato casserole that's pretty tasty.
I bake a couple of good old Idaho baking potatoes and cube them, skins and all, and add sour cream, butter, sliced green onions and bacon bits. Put it in a baking dish, bake at 350°F till it's heated through and top with shredded cheddar for the last few minutes in the oven. It disappears fast.
