14. Aren't yoga pants wonderful to wear? So comfy and most of the time flattering

Love mine and wear them a lot. Even under my choir robe … with heels. Need to look somewhat dressed up. 😄 Professionally I wear them one day a week when I teach my yoga class. Other days - pretty much yoga pants unless it is cold outside - jeans are warmer when walking the dog.

Yoga pants get a bad rap but that is usually because someone needs a slightly larger size and maybe a longer top to cover her backside. Especially if the backside has seen a few trips around the sun. Mine is going on 75 trips - tunic tops are my friends.

Wear what is comfortable and what makes you happy my DU friends. Life is too short to do otherwise.
