as an organic coffee grower in Central America, I was infected by botflies and other parasites due to prolonged periods in the coffee courts. The local doctors always treated this problem in farmers and agriculture workers with a shot in the butt with Ivermectin. I now understand it is something to be limited since it damages the kidneys after even short treatment. As for Covid; only stupidity would prescribe it.
