6. Agreed. And, all or nearly all of the types of ID they list as acceptable DO have photos on them.

So, even if technically true that you could board a plane without photo ID, practically speaking, this seems to be a lot of excitement over a small point. The bigger point is that there are arguably much better reasons for requiring photo ID to board a plane (especially on an international flight) than for voting purposes.
