With Putin are a waste of time because conditions on the ground are not ripe for ending the war. The focus must be to change the conditions and that means more missile defense systems and longer range misdialed (Tomahawks). All Trump ever does is to prolong the war. Since Trump will not do that it is up to Europe to fill the void. Even that is complicated because Trump holds a veto over use of American weapons. This war will drag on until Trump is replaced.
