Kennedy said DARPA is spraying the skies with chemicals that are in jet fuel. That builds off the widely debunked chemtrails conspiracy theory, and Kennedy provided no evidence to support the statement. We rate it Pants on Fire!

Those who stayed awake in high school chemistry will notice there is no such chemical as "bromium". Maybe someone meant "bromine", maybe "barium", maybe it was originally a joke about "bros" - it's obvious she didn't even get as far as Doing Her Own Research before drawing Brainworm Bob into the conspiracy theories. The official government conspiracy theory memo that the OP is about went with barium:
