He was the embodiment of charming freeloaders—soft-spoken, educated, and perpetually broke, yet somehow always angling for a burger.

The phrase has since become shorthand for delayed promises, especially when someone’s trying to dodge payment or commitment with a smile.

He could become the Democrats response to the GOP scheme.

If they're willing to negotiate then, then they should be willing to negotiate now.
