32. I've never heard of letting another country built their own base on our soil.

That is quite different from inviting soldiers from other countries to train on our own bases, under our control and jurisdiction.

Will we have full access to this facility? Who will have control over it? Will they have the right to invite other nations to send their own military? I mean, WTAF?

This is quite different from the training that Biden proposed. Please stop conflating the two. You're upsetting people. And distracting from something terrible that Trump is doing.
