I bet the president of Ukraine, he knows more about the details than you or I.

So target Zelensky, not me! Ofc can’t let other side dictate terms…it’s negotiations, you always ask for a higher price than you will accept…not much difference than a bazaar negotiation,,,the opening bids are usually nuts…then you start talking! Common logic is something I cling to.
