Having set up my companies servers in 2 data centers I can attest that it takes a lot of time. 1 month, sure if every single thing falls into place with no hiccups....and of course $$$$$. More than you think it will cost too.

...as to the cloud. Sure, it has its place, but I for one wouldn't put all my eggs (servers?) in that basket. Cloud is WAY more expensive then people realize because you are being charged for every data bit coming in and going out, and every byte of data being stored....oh and if you think that data is yours, better read up on that contract again. If you didn't read it and do some negotiation you may be in for a pretty big surprise.
