6. Dumb Ass scrapped his own trade agreement from the first term (Art of the DEal)

Yesterday

and is now going after both Canada and Mexico when we had a FREE Trade Agreement in the first place. His pea brain doesn't understand a balance of trade. He thinks they should buy as much as we sell to them. Would a sane person buy 10 toasters when one is enough?
