5. Don't love this

While we're making the argument that nursing is a profession, this sentiment is extremely unprofessional.

That a nurse would take their personal feelings out on a patient - any patient.

Not the kind of nurse I aspire to be, tbh.

"Never anger a nurse" is . . . I dunno. Kind of gross. Plays well on the Internet. When you see it in the hospital, it usually means some ugliness is going down. People really want to see a pissed off nurse take it out on grandma? I've seen it. I've reported it. It sucks.

In the past few weeks I've been kicked, punched, grabbed, sexually harassed, had racial and sexual slurs thrown at me, spit at, and told to go fuck myself countless times.

That does not get redirected at patients. Ever.
