38. There is highground and even a small mountain range on Jamaica, so there is hope

Anyone who can get to the highground in the center of the island, should be OK. Also east of Kingston are the Blue Mountains, but that's also where a lot of the rain will fall. It could be as much as 40 inches of rain falling in certain areas.
