14. I have to wonder about the "expertise" of thinking a 30-06 will blow off a head.

It will certainly cause damage and death, but blow off a head?

30-06 was the main round used by Army and Marine infantry in WWI and WWII. I don't think it generally blew off people's heads.

I think our former SEAL has a touch of PTSD or other brain injury. It's a high-risk occupation.
