5. Maybe, because an expert would not speculate. He's just asking for basics that should be standard.

6. An expert could speculate based on the data he can see.

He tells us the story we were told does not match the video and pictures he has examined.

He should be able to list in rank order his theories which explains the facts he has in front of him.

He doesn't want to go there in written public statements.

10. Some points he made

The wound looks like it was close range.
He said a 30-06 shell did not ricochet off his armor.
He wants to know where the bullet fragments or bullet are.
He said a neck shot from a 30-06 could blow his head off.
He said he doesn’t want to see the gunman running, he wants to see the video of the moment the shot was taken, from the video behind Kirk.
He said taking apart and putting the gun back together in a time limited situation is a recipe for making the shot imprecise, possible, but he wants to see someone reenact the story being told.
He made a list of 3 questions he would like answered before believing the story.

This is my point. He was speculating for sure.

Yes the official story did not make sense.

I never saw a video or pictures of the shooter carrying the gun up or down the stairs
to the hiding spot. Where did the gun go? How did he carry it?

14. I have to wonder about the "expertise" of thinking a 30-06 will blow off a head.

It will certainly cause damage and death, but blow off a head?

30-06 was the main round used by Army and Marine infantry in WWI and WWII. I don't think it generally blew off people's heads.

I think our former SEAL has a touch of PTSD or other brain injury. It's a high-risk occupation.

7. All he's doing is speculating. I'm going with Occam's razor - it was the kid from the gun totin' Mormon family.

doesn't mean we're not up for another rousing game of - "just asking questions .."
