Homes use to sell within a few months, a few homes I see on my dog walk have been up for sell for almost a year, I live in neighborhood of best elementary school in town so homes normally go faster. One of the homes is near me at the smaller middle class homes and other upper mid class home with pool. Both are in great shape and if times were ok should have sold.

I think Florida is getting hit with higher mortgage rates, very high or no insurance allowed so cash sale with no insurance? A lot of people out of work, all goods and services cost more including gas and electricity and groceries. Then healthcare, with the cost going up so high no one can afford a new mortgage.

Canadians have sold their winter homes there and people are mad at Disney.
