...so where do you think that is coming from?
Is it that some endorsements have been late and/or tepid?
Is it largely coming from Cuomo's own campaign?
Or something else?
You don't think that perception is wrong to begin with, do you?

Cuomo was establishment Democrat until he declared himself himself IND after losing the Dem primary.

Gillibrand lives in N.Y. Booker does not. There is no reason for Booker to endorse candidates for another state.
