That said, the Norwegians are well aware that Trump thinks he ought to have it anyhow, and that he's likely to throw a hissy fit and possibly retaliate when he doesn't get it even though the government has nothing to do with the award. They are aware that he's a vindictive dick who thinks he's entitled to it, quoting John Bolton, who said Trump thinks the world is divided into winners and losers; Trump considers himself a winner and therefore he should get the Peace Prize. It also bothers him a lot that Obama got it even after having been president for only a short time.
