1. So, who is paying the medical bills, I wonder?

Surely there will be a vicious copay for the night on the ventilator?

I wonder if The Frog has a good lawyer who can take care of that? (or if it CAN be taken care of)

(Note that I recently read about an EMS paramedic who was in danger of losing his license for administering anti-venom to someone, which happened to save that person's life, but because of some alleged fine print somewhere he wasn't "allowed" to give that life-saving treatment. Luckily the board dismissed the case. The guy whose life was saved was very grateful to the paramedic and sounded disgusted with whoever had brought the case. Anyway, seems we have sort of an opposite thing in this case.)
