(Note that I recently read about an EMS paramedic who was in danger of losing his license for administering anti-venom to someone, which happened to save that person's life, but because of some alleged fine print somewhere he wasn't "allowed" to give that life-saving treatment. Luckily the board dismissed the case. The guy whose life was saved was very grateful to the paramedic and sounded disgusted with whoever had brought the case. Anyway, seems we have sort of an opposite thing in this case.)

But I doubt anyone who was on a ventilator and nearly lost a lung would be back out that fast.

(I love the frog - and what ICE did was absolutely wrong and dangerous - so no shade. I just can't find any confirmation that it sent the frog to the hospital on a ventilator, and I suspect that would have been reported.)
