7. Wow! I was visiting the Hamptons for that (not my normal hangout area!) which I thought would be

very red. That protest there wasn't anywhere near the size of the one you describe, but it was enthusiastic and I was shocked at the proportion of passersby who were positive and supportive. I would guess 50% supportive, 30% no reaction and 20% giving us the finger or yelling at us.

I'll be home for this one so I'm deciding whether to go to one of the protests in a local red areas or a local blue area.
