Repugs are afraid that Trump will invent and call them names.
In all seriousness, Trump seems to have a hold on them--maybe withholding money for their home projects--or for their re-election campaigns. IMHO

Congress should decide what we spend and what we cut—not Trump and not Russ Vought.
