S.J. Res. 37; A joint resolution terminating the national emergency declared to impose duties on articles imported from Canada.


Trump can only legally impose tariffs on Canada due to the emergency declaration so this resolution would end Trump's ability to to unilaterally impose the tariffs. That's a big deal.
