Judging from the Jerry Garcia artwork custom electric guitar hanging on his wall, I would guess he is a musician and Grateful Dead fan.

From his bearing, I would *guess* some military experience.

He is using the forced entry by DOGE into the U.S. Institute of Peace as an example.
