Judging from the Jerry Garcia artwork custom electric guitar hanging on his wall, I would guess he is a musician and Grateful Dead fan.

From his bearing, I would *guess* some military experience.

He is using the forced entry by DOGE into the U.S. Institute of Peace as an example.

Who is Ocelot II and why do you have to give a opinion? If you don't want to read it don't, if you don't have something nice to say ,keep it to yourself. Its quite informative and true
