7. Gaza has had a water and sewage crisis for years

Their water has been undrinkable for years, polluted with salt water and nitrates from untreated sewage. Less than 4% of Gazans have access to clean drinking water. Most Gazans buy their drinking water from desalination plants at 6 times the normal cost. I imagine those plants are not operating now without electricit

About 1/3 of Gazans are not connected to the sewage system. The sewage infrastructure is in bad need of repairs and is failing for years. Needed materials have not gotten thru because of the blockade.

Soon the sole power plant will run out of fuel so there will be no desalination or water. Sewage services for 4000,000 people have already failed due to bombing and raw sewage is running out to the sea.

If you've seen pictures of the damage to buildings I dont know why it would be hard to believe what the Palestinians are saying.
