Andy Beshear, Gretchen Whitmer, Pete Buttigieg, Jared Polis, Gavin Newsom, Amy Klobuchar, and J. B. Pritzker.
Those are the ten I remember.
I have heard him say multiple times that Harris cannot win a general election, but cannot recall if he says that here.
