20. Thats a great idea, esp if you put assets in a trust and name them as beneficiaries

I thought I had it will set up and then I found out if I didn’t set up a trust with named beneficiaries and notify accounts that everything will go through probate in about half of it will go to the government. Depends on how much you love the state you’re in!
