11. I think not. People who winter in FL have money

that's not a description of most people living in rural Wisconsin.

That's not to say no people with money live in rural WI, but mostly it's true.

Rural folks in WI moslty like having 4 seasons, and most of them find ways thru winter... that could depend on staying in central heating (which is mostly what I do) and warm drinks, and it might include cross-country skiing, ice skating, curling, ice fishing and snow-mobiling, not necessarily in that order. People with kids attend their kids sports, in centrally heated gyms.
