3. My experience has been that jurors take their job seriously

I'm confident the prosecutor will do a good job, and it won't hurt for that person to mention to the jury that there is a BIG difference between spouting off in a Tweet and testifying under oath in a court of law. Presented with what Joyce Vance calls "overwhelming evidence" of the defendant's guilt it will take an extraordinarily committed juror to resist the evidence and the testimony and hang the jury.
