21. So, this is how it goes.

Delay of trial for a hearing about this issue and the hearing is 3 weeks away. Am I wrong or will this delay the scheduled trial date? If all that is needed is a decision on this matter, why does it take 3 weeks to even get to the venue to make that decision?

Is our justice system going to allow Trump to get re-elected with this kabuki dance? When every opportunity to disrupt the schedule is accepted as legitimate and the system's response is to allow another delay how is the sense of urgency not lost? This thing could easily go into 2025.

What's wrong with scheduling this hearing for tomorrow AM? Why 3/4 of a month? Will a whole new legal team be required to catch up from scratch to settle every dispute between the teams? Is this not foreseeable and thus avoidable?
