10. I never get to enjoy them for very long

My job usually takes me to a different country every day. I savor everything in small doses. At least it’s not boring!

By the way, if you want interesting, just south of us is the valley of a small stream where a major archaeological find was made almost 200 years ago. It changed anthropology, and there is s major museum on the site now. The stream is called the Neander, and the valley (“tal” in German) is thus the Neandertal, sometimes spelled with an H in older versions.
