What if judge Aileen Cannon dismisses Trump's case? [View all]

I know. No one expects that, even from her.

But if she did, she could only be removed from the bench by impeachment by the House and trial by the Senate.
This will never happen with our current Congress so she could eliminate the case without fear of losing her job.
