7. We Dems should make political hay calling out complete dysfunction under Repub rule

There are necessary legislative things for the people that need to get done, but I wouldn't be real eager or quick to belly up to the bar to help McCarthy look like he is getting anything done. Let the Repugs stew in their own dysfunction and let voters see and hear about it....alot.
