4. My thought is how we can hit 'em in the wallet for what the are doing. My Thought?

Impound the Busses or Aircraft moving those migrants.
Detain the drivers and Pilots for "questioning"...
Yes they will probably get the busses and planes back after a while but holding them up will hopefully stop the owners of said transport. and And AND cost them some $$$ and make them think twice about pulling this stunt again.
