The Biden administration and all the other federal administrations before his are responsible for controlling the southern border and controlling immigration. It is no more fair to blame Texas for the number of people surging over the border or not, than it is to blame Delaware.

If the Biden administration wants to do something about the number of people crossing or not, the ball is in their court. This is not Texas's burden to carry, any more than it is Vermont's, or Hawaii's.
