Whatever effect others/anywhere-else experience for themselves, I described *my* experience and noted its potential for how U.S.-others might also receive it.

It's not an earthshaking topic but something to be considered.

Wouldn't there be a yahoo!news editor for her and the headline writer who might also be appreciated to have the little consideration in the back of the mind? Or is the reporter's editor also somewhere else?
