1. Makes sense. The one factor I haven't seen mentioned is 2d and 3rd jobs

How many positions are open because they were someone’s second or third job. Between increased minimum wages and the changed hiring field AND those COVID checks many people don’t need extra side jobs.

I’ve talked to more than few people who said they cleared all kind of debt away during the pandemic.
