Why do people post Tweets and not the article itself? [View all]

Instead of posting tweet with an article embedded in it, just post the article!

Click on the article in the tweet and just post that link, not the tweet itself.

Why do people continue to post tweets instead of an article in the tweet? Rhetorical question.
