There was a lot of fear and anger in his recent rant against Smith. More than usual. He is scared. Trumps lawyers may have told him he is going to be indicted at some point in the secret document investigation.

The discovery of the Biden documents in no way harmed the Obstruction of a Federal investigation charge against Trump. That charge is a smoking gun case against Trump. He defied a federal grand jury subpoena, hid evidence. The American people know it. That must be prosecuted at some point. Biden has not obstructed Justice in any way. Big difference.
