10. Yes, the blue slip rule was honored with respect to district court judges during the Trump years

During the Trump administration, the republicans abandoned the blue slip rule and confirmed appeals court judges over the objections of Democratic senators; Democrats have returned the favor by ignoring blue slips from republicans with respect to appeals court judges.

But blue slip objections continued to be honored by the republicans for district court judges during the Trump years and are being honored today by the Democrats.
