Most states gerrymander and it's allowing a minority to remain in power.

Pardon my language but fuck "not cheating" while everybody else does it for a minority of extremists to attain power or remain in power.
We can gerrymander and still have better policies. Better policies don't do anybody any good if you can't pass them.
