25+ years of marketing to get people to distrust her, deep inside their minds, then, Comey drops that right before the election, triggering that old learned response, added to Russian troll farm activity, plus the fucked up electoral college...well, we all know what happened.

We need to fix the EC and the most efficient way would be to replace the Permanent Apportionment Act with a new one, adding seats to the House and a rule to make sure that states with large populations would always be appropriately represented instead of losing seats because some state with a tiny population still grew fast for whatever reason. It would require some adjustment in terms of meeting and office spaces, but it would ensure that the popular vote and the EC vote were at least in the same ballpark as well as giving people better representation.
