..undeveloped property that he owned that was adjacent to the golf course.

He eventually received approval for a modest number of plots. This factoid occasionally shows up in articles about him (or the golf course). It wasn't clear if he had ever actually established a cemetery of any kind at the location.

He supposedly plans to repose there upon his eventual demise. It has the makings of a financial opportunity, in the form of a paid tour. Even if he doesn't leave any instructions to establish such a thing, his spawn just might do so. Especially given their filial piety.
