Except, Hair Furor had many more crazies than Hitler launched. The Grotesque Orange Pustule wanted to go to the Capitol in order to declare victory amongst his people.

BTW, we don't know if the driver refusing to take the thing to the Capitol was doing so to protect his master or if he understood the threat to the nation.
